Nora Walcutt, the 13-year old incorrigible orphan girl who was taken from the Children's Home and adopted by James Moorhead, deceased, and for whom application was made to be admitted to the Girl's Industrial Reform School at Sulphur Springs, will be taken thither on the certificate of Dr. A.H. McCullough and the testimony of Lizzie Moorhead and Belle Riggle for stealing and general incorrigibility on the 15th. of July, permission having been granted by the superintendent on the finding of the court.  [Mansfield Herald:  24 June 1886]
